Let things that are illegal stay illegal and EVERYTHING that is legal stay legal.

That makes a net budget shift of $17.7 to $21.7 per year!

The morons in charge who legislate pot laws .. are impervious to common sense and logic.

These numbers will have no effect on them. Stupidity will continue to reign supreme.
