This is the thread where BOS asks questions of the chat board members. If everyone answers my questions, I promise not to start or post on any other thread. If my questions go unanswered, I will continue to post all over the chat board.

Lets see how this one goes.

I want a variety of answers, not just one person. I like to hear from everyone that knows what they are talking about. Note I say that know what they are talking about. SO if I ask about big boobs, I dont want smallmovesal answering,,,,you get the point.

Question number one:

Critique my post bed time meal. I eat a can of tuna 37g p, then about 14 g of protien from low fat cottage cheese. Is that a good post bedtime meal? Should I throw some fats in there to slow down the absorbtion of the tuna?

NO.

I would recommend an ex-large Milkshake with a double Qourter Pounder and Biggie order of fries.

Balls, no need in going nowhere, There has always got to be a villian, why not you.

BOS wasnt born yesterday. Really, what should I eat before going to bed to preserve muscle mass. Is 14g of pro. form cottage cheese enough?

I don't think you should be eating anything after bed time. :)

A post bed time meal is what I eat when I get up at 2 in the morning to eat.

since you get up again around 8am to go to the car lot. you need to eat something that will easily assimilate in the system and last whey is out as it only lasts like 2 hours. I would reccommend something with milk casein protein in it as it lasts longer in the body. before you go to bed make up a myoplex mrp or a metrx or something along that line and if your lucky enough and i know you spend like 300 a month at mass quantities make up a triple threat shake. but i would stay away from whole foods at 2am .
now when is pooja gonna send me the nude pic.

BOS - I would eat the can of tuna
before going to bed and if you
feel you need something else
when you wake up in the middle
of the night, I would drink a shake.

I don't think you need to absorb
any fat or carbs in the middle of the night
after all you are resting and your metabolism
rate is going to be a lot lower than it normally
would. Also, you will be using the hours of sleeping
to help burn fat storage if you eliminate carbs and fat.
(Before anyone flames me - I know that the fat burning
will be minimal, but still it counts for something.)

Bos to truely give you a correct answer i need to know the following

your stats and goals.
