(let me start off by saying I'm retarded and always fuck up all the terminaology of our goverment, so if I'm using the wrong words - just reember I'm retarded)
I recall reading on here awhile back the name of the congressman that pushed through the legislature to make steroids illegal. this was back in the day, and I was thinking about why he would want to do this.
Obviously other countries where it is legal don't have people dropping dead on the streets due to misuse. So it makes me think that this man had a personal agenda and pushed this through due to that. the things that come to miind first off are that he wanted some attention/recognition and this would likely get media coverage and if they could swing it so it looks like he is saving our nations youth, then he looks great and will get reelected. fantastic.
the other thought that comes to mind is that the bill passed had some other shit in it that wasn't likely to get passed on its own, so they piggybacked it along with the anti-drug stuff. the media coverage would ensure that there would be public outcry if it was halted, so it went through, bringing whatever else was on the bill with it....
if that is the case - does anyone know of an online resource where we can read that? see what else was in/on there?
again, sorry if I'm using the wrong terminology.

People say I'm apathetic and stupid.
I don't know what that means, but quite frankly, I don't care.
