Just wanted to know from everyone when you think is the best time to train morning or afternoon? Here's my thing I work from 7:00am to 3:30pm then go to night school from 5:30 to 9:30.I was thinking of going workout in the morning cardio an weights. An be done for the day.Or should I just do cardio in the morning then go back to the gym after school to hit the weights? Give me some input on this Thanks
