the best fat burning cycle???

here is the deal my friend 6'2 265 decent build i guess an ok diet has been trying to lose the rest of his weight(body fat) he was 285 and cut 20 naturally now he said its like he hit a brick wall and cant lose anymore now he wants to get ripped up as quick as possible hasnt really ran any gear but clen and whinny back in the day..so he asked me to put together a wicked quick fat burning stack..i told him i would see what the members of my board say so here i am. he really didnt like the winny much id have to say hes about 18% body fat he has used otc stuff such as redline and hydroxy cut but wants to step it up a notch or 10...
 
Is this for you or for your friend?

The best fat burning stack is clen and T3. Besides Fina, I can't recall any steroid that actually helps burn fat off of you. It comes down to diet and cardio. But if your "friend" decides to run the clen and T3, your "friend" is going to need some sort of AAS with it so he doesn't lose to much weight.
 
steroids dont burn fat. tell your friend that only diet and cardio burn fat. not a cycle of steroids
 
He's looking in the wrong direction. Steroids are not a diet formula. What he eats and what he uses will detemine how lean gets. As in... Calories in, calories used. If he doesn't get this down, using steroids may actually make his problem worse.

I suggest he tries a new diet stack of SesaPure/Glucorell and add Thermorexin if he's looking to replace the weaker stimulants he's using.

A good fat burning stack for him would be
500mgs of DIET
and 400mgs of Cardio
for 16 weeks

Start him with an Isocaloric diet, and move him to a BodyOpus style diet; he'll see some great results naturally.
 
as ulter said glucorell/ sesapure and ALCAR a quality diet then add in trex or cardio breeze or both. with the diet and cardio

as for cutting cycles a nice 6 weekers would be

weeks 1-6 75mg test prop ed
weeks 1-6 50mg of tren a ed
weeks 1-6 clen ramping upto 120-160mcg ed
weeks 1-6 t3 tapered up quickly and down slowely

but he could put wirght back on after cycle if he isnt carfeull.
 
Direct him to a good diet plan, Six clean meals per day etc... Steroids are just a Tool in your Tool box, as Ulter stated they "are not a diet formula"
 
Ive learned that VERY LOW cals and high cardio are the way to go.......but you go catabolic with this........

AAS can play a very beneficial role in fat burning.....minimizing muscle loss!
I will always preach 50mg drol Ed with a 1000-1500 cal diet and 30-40 min cardio daily. That combo made fat burning by far the most effective for me. The drol kept my muscle while keeping me in good wokring form (no total body soreness and lethargy and general shitty feeling that i normally get while dieting/cardio like above). Drol did wonders. In just over a month, everyone i know was like "damn, what the hell have you been doing, you look great, lost hella weight".

I agree with Ulter totally, but adding ONE and only ONE AAS (drol at 50) can increase the results greatly (allowing lower cals and appetite supression).
 
I have heard that using t3 will actually stop your body from naturally producing t3, therefore when you quit taking it you gain weight fast, or once you take it you have to take it the rest of your life or you get fat! is there any truth to this?

Ya know - you should push that M.J. 3% "natural" a little more.

I know Jerry Rice used to get down around 4%, and his Nutritionist used to be ALL OVER him about it.

these guys - (the pure athletes) are perfect examples of what a college kid could do naturally - (considering 90% of them just want to "cut-up" and not get "too big".

No need for juice there....................

That's a major myth. I've been reading up on a lot of research, especially Anthony Roberts, and it is of the opinion of most, that T3 could safely be ran for up to 9 months. OF course there will be a rebound effect, but your thyroid is very resilient and will bounce back. Its like testosterone, sorry I know your a girl, but you will understand, your body shuts down natural test when you inject a synthetic test, but once you discontinue use of the AS, your body bounces back and starts producing natural test. You add a PCT to help the recovery faster, and thats what you can do with T3 also. Apparently, HCG and clomid help your thyroid recover faster.
 
when someone asks for a cutting diet - don't present an AAS cycle on a silver platter.

Best fat burning cycle? One with a solid diet and cardio.

Try that with a perfect diet and he gets down to 12%. Then come tell us you want to do somethin harder.
 
STEROIDS DOOOOO NOOOOOT BUUUURRRNNN FAT!!!! The diet and cardio will do the trick. You can take 500mg tren ace ed and still see no fatloss if you dont work in the correct diet.

Also...500mg ED was an example. I hope no human ever uses that amount!! LOL.
 
I've had some amazing results with the clen/t3 stack along with a dialed in diet. I kept basically the same diet I did while I was using AAS. Now that I'm off I'm still eating basically the same and I'm sure I'll add just a hair of fat back on but I'll keep my muscle gains. I'm also going to ramp up the cardio even more now to combat the fat gain and aid in fat loss.

Goodluck to your friend. He sounds like a damn monster already.
