The best cutting carbs?

Just wanted to get other peoples opinion about which carbs they use for cutting. I tend to rely mainly on oatmeal. But it's getting to be were it makes me sick just thinking about it. I've even resorted to eating it dry...just so it will taste different LOL. I also like brown rice. What gives you the best results??

1. Oatmeal
2. Black beans (any beans really)
3. Sweet Potato (white potato post workout)
4. Fruits (unless you are one of those anti-fructose people)
5. Low carb Breads/Wraps (as long as they don't have corn starch, dextrose, maltodextrin, etc)
 
veggies(brocolli, asparagus, etc.), oatmeal, sweet potato, and there is some oat bran bread that works well
 
Moat green veggies and a low carb fajita. Beyond that, I'd say don't use any carbs unless it's PW, for pre-workout.
 
Oats - morning if used

Rice/Potato/Grits - 2nd pwo meal

All I use.

A bowl of glass shards - they cut you up nicely, and as far as I am aware, do not illicit insulin response (I think it has something to do with digestion issues of glass) :o

Really, can we stop this 'cutting gear, cutting supps, cutting foods/carbs' nonsense?
