Cutting VS bulking

Some gear promote muscle growth without the water & fat retention and others come with it. That is why people have split them up.

I agree with the diet, but you will be leaner on Winny as an example then on test, simply beacuse fo the aromatization process and added estrogen.

But at the end of the day it is all how one responds to the gear and how much water/fat he retains on it
