I agree bro. Most of the time the risk involved in revenge doesn't justify the benefit, unless you don't have much going for you and you have nothing to lose.

But in fact, you have a lot going for you and a lot to lose, so I don't think you should take the risk.

sometimes, as I've learned in Psychology; revenge can be healthy. but you have to weigh the pros and cons of this particular situation, bro. what do you have to gain from seeking revenge on this dude. will you get your money back? prob not.. will you get your gear back? prob not.. will you feel a hell of a lot better after caving his face in? PROBABLY!! but is it worth the possible consequences you might face? DEF NOT! think about it. maybe there are alternate routes you can take to making this dudes life a little more difficult. if not, dont sweat it, let it go.

One of my old roomates balied out on me last year and stuck me with his half of the rent. I swore I would beat his ass if I ever saw him again, but I saw him last week and he sarted shaking and I said, "hey, you owe me money," and shook his hand, instead of beating him up. He probably would of just left town after I kicked his ass, but now I got him on a nice little payment plan so.... it's pays off to keep your cool sometimes.
