The Bad UG Labs

I've been noticing a lot of talk about specific UG labs on this board so I hope there are some with the experience to help me ascertain the following.

I'm in a position where I'm considering UG injectables. Are there any horror story labs I should avoid? I don't mean Windex in the amps but painful shots, underdoses, etc.?

If you're passing on a rumor please don't bother. I'd like to hear from those with actual experience.

Look for labs with good reputations rather than trying to find bad one to avoid.....
