The "Athletic" Cycle

New member
I am in the planning stages of a cycle where muscle gain and fat loss are taking a back seat to my other goals, which are:
1. Endurance (muscle, cardiovascular, etc.)
2. Explosive power (specifically I will be doing plyometrics to increase my vertical jump and playing quite a bit of basketball)
3. Joint support

The input I am looking for here is mainly what types of AAS, supplements, and other helpers you guys would recommend. I will take care of the training and diet. Please ignore the fact that training for endurance and explosiveness may be counterproductive to one another. Endurance is my number one concern, because mine frankly sucks right now. Next is exlosiveness - I would like to gain back the vertical I once had and then some. Back in high school I was able to dunk at 5'11" in an open court. The joint support I seek comes into play because the running and plyometric training I will be and have been doing is killing my joints.

Here is what I was thinking so far:
- a base of Tren/prop. Mainly because I have some on hand and have had awesome experience with this stack in the past.
- Winny, with endurance in mind
- Deca, with the joint support in mind

For supplements, I plan on continuing or starting up with a nitric oxide booster, MSM/chrondrotin/Glucosamine, creatine, and the usuals (protein, EFAs, multi-vitamin).

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance...

tren and winny are both bad ideas. Winny is horrible for joints and it also increases chances of tendon and muscle tears. Tren can cause shortness of breath and severe cramps.

I would go with EQ, ox, and a low dose of test. EQ will help with joints and cortisol (similar to deca), and it will also increase the amount of rbc's you have.

I agree...EQ,Test prop and Ox would be great idea's...

Thanks for the link/info. Can you expand on "optimal functioning weight"? I am familiar with VO2 Max...

Body composition and weight are 2 important factors that contribute to optimal exercise performance. Together, these 2 factors may affect an athlete’s potential for success within a given sport. Body weight can influence an athlete’s speed, endurance, and power, whereas body composition can affect an athlete’s strength, agility, and appearance. Most athletes require a high strength to weight ratio to achieve optimal athletic performance.

Nevermind was giong to suggest eq/var. Tren and winstrol are both definately bad choices for your goals.
