I know what you mean, it takes about 5-7 days for the appetite side effect to subside enough that you can work with it.

Up the water intake for the cramps..

in the last 2 weeks iv gained 4 lbs and dropped 3 % bf and strength has gone throght the roof all on stright anavar
I really did not expec t such a positive reaction from a so called mild steroid .

great post, i think i might do an anavar only cycle this summer. For someone who is 19, sounds like a very safe drug to use, and it won't fuse my growth plates.

two weeks later

As im just doing anavar and gh ,its almost 2 .5 weeks later and iv got to say (good shit ) !!!

my last cycle was eq , winny and sust along with gh and two weeks in to the var and im as hard as a rock , dropping body fat like crasy and watching my strengh and lbm go up .
just as fast as my last cycle , very impresive . there were a few bros who said just doing var was a pussy cycle , hmmm or how about purrrr ..

Painful Pump

My shins and sometimes calfs start killing me about half a mile intgo any run that I do when on anavar (if feelsd like the muscle is so pumped that the shin bone is about to snap).

anyone else experience this?

I would perfer to keep running (it would be hard to explain to my workout partners that I can't run anymore).

im a bigtime runner as well and iv noticed the same thing ,but so far iv just been busting thrugh it (pain) .. I was also using superclen and found that it really made it worse as well .
no answers here just saying im noticing the same thing
