too bad they can't do that in army bootcamp. i guess they're more interested in yelling at you then creating a massive well-built warrior. which is what they do in isreali and russian armies (similar workouts) which is why they're always so tough looking. the just copied the routine from their militaries.
yep..I looked my best when I trained purely as a fighter, I've really been thinking about going back to the basics, I"ve grown tried of the bodybuilding way of life.
I saw a tv show about the training and filming that was interesting. One of the exercises was the tire flip.
- You flip a big tire
- immediately do a plyometric jump into then forward out of the tire
- walk back around the tire to flip and repeat down the room
