After my running or workout,
I like to drink this :gatorade,once scoop whey protein, little crushed ice +1 banana! All this ingredients put in a blender and mixed!!
Its a real treat and works for me...I know that out there would be voices who would argue that the best would be whey proteine + dextrose ,but what the heck, works for me!!
What do you think?
I am always trying to improvise and get some variation with my diet and meals, so I can stick longer and dont get bored with same cooking or receipes!!
