Hey all....

First, I would like to say that I am starting week #5 into my cycle and am very pleased with the results thus far. Thanks to everyone for helping me with my futile/pointless questions. Without the help of this board, none of my progress would have been feasible. I've got the blues though, and just need some advice/input/uplifting/soul searching/.

I've lifted 4 days this week. I decided to take today off just because I was a little lazy. I feel bad whenever I don't lift at least 3 days straight, and well, this week, I only lifted 2 days straight...did that twice. I'm really beating myself up for it too.

My routine is basically one body part per week...however, I try to work ONE group twice per week and vary it up from week to week. I try to do 12-16 sets per body part per workout and hit my abs 2 times a week. My question is this: Based on the little information that i've told you guys...what recommendations would you give me about varying my workout? Days off? Body part splits?
