I would like to thhank you guys for all the help you give us everyday. I recently had a problem with the plat. mem. and I would like to personally thank Macro for helping me out with this matter. i would also like to thank Mr. Spellwin for responding to my problem as fast as he did. This site is a first class operation with great people working for them. In my opinion this is the #1 discussion board on the net. Again, thank you for the help and I am happy to be a member of this board. Peace out.

I'd have to agree. I've learned a lot the short time I've been here. After talking to some of the juicers at my gym I relize how educated I've become on the subject, and it's all thanks to you guys.

Right back at ya bro. There's only a few of the "original" mods that have been on as long as you that still actively post and that is extremely important to us. Well at least for me. It would be nice to have it like when I first started (which isn't even that long) when all you guys were posting your test vs deca battles and other memorable threads. This board still rocks even without those threads. Now how about a group hug

Yeah bro, it is yall that need to be given credit because without the mods and the vets and their knowledge and expertise on all the different subjects guys like us wouldn't keep coming back for help that yall give us. I occasionally visit the other boards but this by far is the best. I think the flaming and negativeity has chilled out and I think a most of the guys on this board have realized that they were once newbies so they treat the other newbies with more respect.

I been following this board for about 3 years and it gets better every year and the moderators know are the best, most intelligent in a long time.

New Guys-the info on this board is light years ahead of common gym dogma-stick around and you will keep yourself healthy, safe, and in shape.

Id like to thanks the mods too, when ever doing source checks and all the other bullshit email you guys have to go throu, you still get back to us really quick. not to mention haveing to monitor the site so dumbass's dont source post. Thanks Mods you make this the best site on the net. Without your knowledge id be lost.

I think this is a great site too, I learnt a lot here man. Even though I dont use ROIDS Basically I train at a HARDCORE gym where to behonest people are mainly interested in being buff & toned. I'm however, however, intrested in being HUGE & FREAKY like Arnie! Thats why this is a great board.
