I want to thank all of you guys for accepting me.....Its tough to figure out if a newbie is a retard, bullshitter or just one of the guys...
I came from Pro Muscle and MM and from Alins board when I'm not banned for calling someone out...

I'm a 47 x power lifter who's still have alot to learn about BB...I've done cycles since i was 25 all for power,low reps but at one point i was up to 268 at a height of 5'9"...

My back has 2 degenerative disc's,fucked up elbow,3 surgeries on 1 knee...it's time for this to take it a little easier on this old worn out body of mine...

Please forgive me if i ask a silly querstion from time to time.....I'm old school..ala Dan duschesne's ..Underground Steroid Bible days...
