Well I've always considered myself man enough to admit when I'm wrong and I think its called for here.


So after about a week of eating like an animal(but still healthy), and training hard (following training guidelines and instructions from bodybuilding books), and ofcourse sleeping right... I gotta say... HOLY SHIT. Not only do I feel more healthy, I can swear by the mirror that I'm already looking slighty bigger. (This may be just in my head, but still it feels nice).


Taking this into consideration... I've come to the conclusion that I'm gonna spend the next 3 years training hard all natty. Not gonna start AAS untill I'm atleast 21.


Its odd but its kind of almost a religious awakening to me. Eating right, working out hard, and then seeing results from your hardwork is quite rewarding. So I just thought I'd tuck my tail between my legs and say thanks for telling me how it is, and for making me confront my decisions head on. I figure I may aswell take advantage of all the high natural test that nature has given me at 18... for free.
 
I do plan on using some legal supps though... and I'm curious what ones would give the best results?


I was thinking about trying superdrol or PP... do you think this would be a good idea?
 
use creatine / no2 for better pumps and reps. Honestly, I would wait until your 23-25 before touching the stuff. I never used until I was 33 :)
