Just wanted to say thanks for all the great info guys, keep up the good work.
Been back into lifting for 18 months now, always done it off and on but decided to give it a good push and get serious. 46 years old, spent the last six months getting the diet dialled in and clean and putting on a bit more bulk, after checking blood levels saw my test was low...hey age does shit like that! Decided after reaching a bit of plateau in training and much thinking to run a ten week program of 300 test and 250 decca, just looking to give myself a nudge. Carrying a few old shoulder and knee injuries which seem to appreciate the decca. Five weeks into the cycle ( 1st one ever ) gained 5 kilo, now 90kg and 174cm, working hard and hitting the morning cardio, bodyfat around 18% and falling nicely. Just want to sit around the 200 pound mark and have abs back..........feeling fucking terrific apart from two times the shot left me in agony for a few days....some good some bad i guess. Wish i'd tried this years ago.
