Lean protiens, no carb protien shakes, steamed or raw veggies (no butter), lots of salt or seasoning, ZERO fats not including 1 cheat meal per week. Last night it was Cheese Pizza.
500mg DNP and 100mcg T3 ED, multi vitamins, 6000mg EFA's ED, and about 1 1/2-2 gal of water ED.

No cardio(DNP is my cardio)
Not weight training yet. Giving my body a break for a while. Once I get down to my desired weight, I'm going on a 10 or 12 week bulker. I was carrying about 225-230lbs of lean mass at 5'9" but I would be willing to bet I'm closer to 210-215lbs lbm.

I got up to 600mg DNP. Even at that dose I never felt anything more than a little hot. How long are you cycling it for? I probably went longer than I should of, but the weight was coming off and I really didn't have problems with any sides. Got my bf sub 9%, but I don't know by how much. Everything was tight so that was good enough for me. You doing crystal or powder? Strangely enough I won't touch T3. It scares me more than DNP

Damn, I wish I could find crystal! Bought a boat load of powder. Takes forever to encapsulate that shit and it's fuggin messy!!

I've run as much as 1000mg ED but that was friggin unbearable for any length of time. 500-600mg ED is as much as anybody needs. That shit works miracles!

If you wanna see serious results, you need to use the T3. Just start off at about 50mcg ED and slowly work your wayt up until you start losing mass and strength. Then back it off 25mcg. I have found that at my body weight, 100mcg is perfect.
