thanks for all the help with the cycles the past year. i went from 190 6"2 18% bf to 217 6% bf in about 16 months and 4 cycles. Just finshed a cmp. didnt place but did ok, but from where i was i am pleased. I am taking off the gym but maybe light stuff for the rest of jan. than starting to train hard again in feb. and looking for cycle in april. i need to really build legs up, that is my weakness. so i want to do something where i can add good size but still keep body fat down. I also do not plan on training some parts of my body very hard, i want to stay symetric. i was thinking of test prop, and equip. and finishing up with anavar or winny. any sugestion let me know. i am also in my mid 30"s. thanks again guys with out some of the help and harsh critism i would not have gotten here.
