thanks and new cycle!

thanks for all the help with the cycles the past year. i went from 190 6"2 18% bf to 217 6% bf in about 16 months and 4 cycles. Just finshed a cmp. didnt place but did ok, but from where i was i am pleased. I am taking off the gym but maybe light stuff for the rest of jan. than starting to train hard again in feb. and looking for cycle in april. i need to really build legs up, that is my weakness. so i want to do something where i can add good size but still keep body fat down. I also do not plan on training some parts of my body very hard, i want to stay symetric. i was thinking of test prop, and equip. and finishing up with anavar or winny. any sugestion let me know. i am also in my mid 30"s. thanks again guys with out some of the help and harsh critism i would not have gotten here.
 
I realize that i'm not answering your question....how has your recovery been after doing 4 cycles in 16 months?

also, if you don't mind, what did each cycle consist of (compounds and dosages)?
 
well its 4 days off, so far fine, lol. i am going to give basic ideas. first cycle. was test cyp only 300 a week 12 weeks nolv through out hcg through middle, and clomid end. second was test cycp 12 weeks with winny last 6. and started hgh here as well. this cycle was a good one for me. then i did n 8 week winny only, i know people kill this cycle but it was great for me. then a test e, masteron, winny. cut test out week 8 and finished the rest out for 9 weeks. stayed on hgh the whole time, blue tops.
 
you must have loved the test, masteron & winny cycle. i bet you were/are shredded wheat from that. I fucking love masteron.

back to your original question....you want to run EQ....i ran a test/EQ/winny cycle a while back and loved it BUT I found EQ to be suppresive...probably because I ran gear for 18 straight weeks LOL. If you run that and keep the diet in check I think with the proper training you could bring up any lagging bodyparts. are you still running the GH?

congrats on getting up on stage, that takes balls my friend. best of luck w/ any future comps
 
thanks man, i wasnt as big as some of the others but it was local shit so i did ok. i just need competion to keep me going. i was shredded and it felt good. at the end through i lost so much water i would grab something and cramp. crazy. but the next few days i am eating! just finsihed 26 wings.

so test prop, eq and winny. like it. is it still possible to drop bf on that? what type of doses would you recomend on equip? thanks again

IMO the BF is more of a function of your diet then the gear itself. If you are/were at 6% BF then you know how to diet, obviously.

I ran EQ @ 450mgs EW. I've seen Bro's on EF go as high as a gram EW claiming that EQ is "weak" etc. One thing that i noticed with EQ was the super intense pumps (some good, some bad) that I got and I was drinking tons of water...i think that that compound just does that to me for some reason. Also, at about 14 weeks (this was probably my cue to stop) I started to get bad anxiety and higher blood pressure. The funky thing about EQ is that it took 10 weeks for the shit to feel like it was kicking in. Obviously you know what test feels like when you are "on"...you feel a bit different when EQ kicks in (just my opinion mind you).

I would say start @ 400 EW and let the diet and training do the rest. are you running growth during this?
 
i just stoped the growth. i want to see what my body does with off of it. i certainly worked, but i felt it only helped to a certain point. nothing to prove that just what my feeling was on. i have never done eq so i like it. i agree with bf, diet always concerns me when i try and gain on it. i grow well at 2,300 calries, but i know to put the type of gains on my legs i want i need maybe 3-4k. and thats when i add bf.

If you count cals that exactly, try upping your cals by 250 daily and continue that trend every 1-2 weeks and the same time monitor your BF.

you will find that "happy balance" of lean growth you just need to be disciplined and patient and it sounds like you have both of those attributes
 
diet isnt too hard anymore for me, but took me like 3 months lets it nailed down i guess about a year ago. you read so much, all of which has truth. but each body is so dofferent. i figure if i can get through summer staying lean with good gains, next winter i will do a true bulker and not worry as much about bf. thanks again for your help bro
