Texas Two-Step Pork Chops

MARINADE:

1/4 C. Ketchup
2 T. Apple Juice
2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
2 T. Minced Garlic- OR MORE...I love Garlic!
3 T. Tabasco Sauce- OR MORE!
1 T. Chili Powder

6 Bone in pork Cops- 1 inch thick

Place pork chops in a lrage , resealable plastic bag. Allow to marinade in fridge 2- 4 hours. Make sure you rotate bag every once in awhile to distribute the stuff over the chops.

Remove chops after 4 hours. THROW AWAY MARINADE. Allow chops to stand at room temp for 20 minutes. Grill chops over Med. heat until cooked.
