Will insurance cover? if not how do you go about getting one? and how much would it cost?

Just have blood work done and ask them to include it. Depending on your insurance you should be allowed one physical including blood work per year. At least that's how mine is.

My insurance works the same way. I just ask the Dr. to include it when they do my blood work!
