do they have any benefit whatsoever? I have a bunch of them for free and was considering to use them. Do they have the slightest benefit -- better than a GNC product such as tribulus?

They won't even make 1 bit of diffence. My buddy at work has like 6 on his chest right now.

He might be getting like 2 mg of test over 48 hours. He has a prescription. If you want a pratical se for them use them for post cycle recovery they might help take the edge off..

I had a prescription for androderm. Those patches were a pain. They fell off in the shower and they make a crunching noise everytime you move. After my script ran out I thought of a way that might get more test out of them- Take a needle or pin and make a few holes through the membrane seperating the test from your skin(don't go all the through the patch though). I believe that "membrane" only allows a certain amount of test through, so if you puncture it, more test could get through-but that is just a theory.
