She's wrong. Anything in the 200's is pretty low for a young male. The average "range" I've seen is from about 240-800, or 200-960, or 200-1000, etc. Depends on where you look you'll get different values at both extremes. Either way, 269 is pretty low, especially if you're under 35. I'd run a PCT protocol of nolva/HCG and see if you can get it higher, if not you may want to consider HRT. Very few people feel "normal" with a "normal" test level that low.
