sust is good but has more peaks and troughs in lower doses which led to amxiety for me for the 2-3 days after injection when on once per week.
test e gave same results but with less sides.

Male age 44, 178lbs, 5' 10" bodyfat about 17%.

I think I'll probably do 500mgs Test and 500mgs Primo twice a wk, plus 40mgs Anavar ED. I am still uncertain if I should go 6 wks or 8 wks. I also need a good PCT during and after the cycle. Any advice?

you can half that cycle and still gain great.
stay basic 500mg a week for 10 weeks.
But you gotta discover food cause you have still a lot to gain naturally.

Go with the test e buddy unless you want to stick yourself ED to EOD to even efficently utilize the test p in the sus. The Sus will give you uneven blood concentration which is responsible for sides, the E will have much steadier blood levels. Shoot the test e e4d's.

Neither, go 12 weeks. PCT=Clomid, AIFM, HCG.....winner

I really think primo is a waste at anything below 500mg/wk.If you have no prob with the cost do it! I highly recommend EQ in its place with TEST E!!!

EQ is far more similar to Deca, which is something I want to stay away from due to the Deca Dick is provides me with. My understanding from my own research is that Test E has less side effects.
