Hey. Does anyone see any issues with taking this along with what I'm currently taking:

1. Formeron
2. Ostarine

Would taking these things be overkill or an okay addition?

One more question... I just started the protocol today. I train in the morning - lifting first and then finishing off with cardio. Is cardio 90 minutes after applying long enough for absorption without having to worry about perspiration messing with the transdermal?
