I plan on starting my first cycle around October. I know that's a long way off, but that's when it's best for me. I'm going to day shift then, and I'll have better time/ more time to lift.
I'm 6', 198 and I'm looking to add some mass, as I've never actually 'bulked' before. I've always tried to keep my bf low, for sexual purposes
I was thinking of doing a deca/sust cycle for 8 weeks...
300 deca/wk
250 sust/5days
25 clomid 3 weeks before last shot
and I'd like to add an anti-E, any suggestions?
how does this look?
My concern is, when starting this cycle, how should my workout routine change? and how should I eat?
I'm looking to add as much mass as possible, then I'll cut down next summer.
