Testing the waters of my first cycle...

I plan on starting my first cycle around October. I know that's a long way off, but that's when it's best for me. I'm going to day shift then, and I'll have better time/ more time to lift.

I'm 6', 198 and I'm looking to add some mass, as I've never actually 'bulked' before. I've always tried to keep my bf low, for sexual purposes:D


I was thinking of doing a deca/sust cycle for 8 weeks...


300 deca/wk
250 sust/5days
25 clomid 3 weeks before last shot
and I'd like to add an anti-E, any suggestions?


how does this look?

My concern is, when starting this cycle, how should my workout routine change? and how should I eat?


I'm looking to add as much mass as possible, then I'll cut down next summer.
 
I would do just one or the other, since deca can shut you down hard I would do just 400mg sust or 400 test enth. eat 7 times a day high protien, you didnt describe your routine, so its hard to say if you should change, and the clomid is 3 weeks after last shot not before, looks like you need to do some research mang
 
I'd shoot 500mg sust once a week and keep with what you said on the deca. As far as your diet goes, try to eat at least 2-3 grams of protein per LBS of body weight and keep your workouts regular. You should see some good results with this.

t-back/forearms
w-abs
r-legs
f-shoulder/bis...


Would I need to workout longer than 1.5 hours a day, or would I be able to do alot more?


I typed before' on the clomid, I meant to say after.
