im shooting 100mg of the viromone and 100mg of the primo (3cc's) EOD...in the glute..i would rather go into the quad but kind of worried about getting messed up again...

I do not recommend injecting 3cc's eod into your glutes but maybe you have done it before.

On this basis you have delts, glutes, quads, biceps and triceps to shoot.

So I would do it something like this:

Monday: primo + prop (3cc's) in the right glute, 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the left bicep (1cc)

Tuesday: 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the right bicep (1cc)

Wednesday: primo + prop (3cc's) in the left glute, 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the left tricep (1cc)

Thursday: 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the right tricep (1cc)

Friday: primo + prop (3cc's) in the right quad (or glute), 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the left bicep or the delt (1cc)

Saturday: 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the right bicep or the delt (1cc)

Sunday: primo + prop (3cc's) in the left glute or quad, 50mgs zambon 29-30g pin into the left tricep (1cc)

There are quite a few ways you can do it. Keeping the winny in biceps and triceps throughout is also one.

Mixing all ingredients and shooting daily basis for site enhancement.

Shooting 50mgs eod and drinking the 50mgs inbetween.

Primo + Prop are painful injections for many and possibly mixing with winstrol is an idea.

Just a few possible ways.
