Gin - those are some veins, the lighting was terrible and it was my first attempt at a web cam.

May - I will take that as a compliment. Thanks you sir.

Kayne - the pic was taken on spur of the moment with no pump, or good lighting etc. I look pretty much like this year round. Yes - some men do have hair on the chest. The hair actually killed the definition in the chest.

I broke my "135 barrier" on the db overhead press yesterday!!! Woo hoo!!!!

Fuck!! 135 is my barrier too, but on BARBELL presses. LOL!! Actually - I am stuck at 110. How did you get over the hump??
 
I started doing drop sets on the db press.

I do a standing overhead press warm up of five sets, maxing out a 235.

15 - 12 -12 - 10 -10

Then I started with whatever I could do on the seated DB overhead press right after that.

Past three weeks. 5 sets max of 8 reps.

110 down to 75
120 down to 90
135 down 105.

Hey, look! Its almost dinner time. And I'm needin' some protein to fuel leg night at the gym.... Hmmmmm what shall I have?? Tuna? Grilled steak? Protein mix? (God, not again...) I will have to see what I can pick up on the way home.....

Any suggestions? :D
