Testim - Anyone on It?

Guys,

My Doc finally put me on HRT after 5 months of F'n around with this and that lab test, and Oh let's wait one more month just to make sure.

He put me on one tube of Testim Gel daily. I am to see him again for more lab work a recheck in 8 weeks. I guess to see if I need to go to two tubes a day.

Has anyone had any experience with this gel? It did kind of tingle and burn a little when I applied it. Went away after about 5 minutes. Guess it was the alcohol content.

Does anyone know what type of resilts I may see from this? My current level pre therapy was 168, so anything would be an improvement.

I want to be on it (currently on Androgel) but MassHealth doesn't cover it yet

Isn't insurance a pain!!! Luckily mine covers it, but at the highest co-pay option. We can only get one prescription locally and any subsequent refills for the same medication have to be done mail order.

But it beats the retail price of around $200, so I can't complain.
