i have anavar made bye spa label 2 1/2 mg tabs how many mgs of anavar do i take aday?im doing 10 week cycle.

i hope you have a lot of those tabs. I dont think they still make spa anavar but if they do i doubt it is cost effective.

I'd say 40mg/ED is minimum with Var. Have heard many good things about 100mg/ED but don't try that with your first run.

the only thing that is bothering me is 2 1/2 mg tabs ill have to take alot when is best time to take them do ispread them out through the day.i have the chance of some generic anavsr 10mg will they be beta?
