Testex 250. Cyp or Prop?

Leo Testex 250 Prolongatum from Spain.
I have never used it but was always under the assumption, along with many others, that it was a proprionate.
Having read WAR it seems that the proprionate is only available in a 25mg strength and the 250mg is a cyp.
Does anyone know for sure?

one amp 250mgs/2ml = cyp
