go get yourself tested, if you come up positive then you need to figure out why, if you come up negative then you know they are fucking you and now you have some leverage on the situation.

btw even tho muscle milk is banned becuase it contains/increases the following (straight from the ncaa site)...

(f) Peptide Hormones and Analogues:
corticotrophin (ACTH)
human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG)
leutenizing hormone (LH)
growth hormone(HGH, somatotrophin)
insulin like growth hormone (IGF-1)

i have never heard of anyone gettin flagged because they were drinking muscle milk

I'm not a fan of that collegiate muscle milk but yea I'm going to be tested in the next week again and we will see what happens.
