TestE - Partial vial still good?

I have a partial vial of test E Ive been holding on to. Last used in late summer timeframe. Its been capped in a pill bottle, but not refrigerated or anything. Do you think this is probably ok and still safe to use? It doesnt look like anything fell out of suspension or anything..

I guess Im mostly concerned about the oil going rancid or bacteria developing since it was exposed to air during the time the first half was used.

Safe or toss it?
