What if you just used 1/2cc a week a 1cc of sus250/week? Got to be some decent gains associated with T400 with all the different esthers? No?

Why screw up the gains you would get off the sust with the addition of 1/2cc of T400? Even 1/2cc is going to hurt like hell. The pain from sust will be minimal at best, and you'll still be able to function and workout. Adding 1/2cc of T400 will kill those resulte. Taks everybodies advice and throw it in the trash.

Aside from the pain, I've only heard positive results.............I'm keeping it
 
im on it now i dont feel much pain at all small lump on my ass but it goes down i feel unstopable on this 4 weeks in its kicking i love the stuff so far. IF anybody plans on taking theres to the trash plz let me know before doing so ill take :p

new to the board so hope to meet some hardcore people with some similiar interest and some help with my next cycle

im running
t-400mg a week for 1-10
deca 300 1-8
nolva 10mg ed
clomid for pct
im up 7 pnds after 4 weeks test kicking now can feel
5'10" 210lbs natural training 5 years bf 10%
arms 17 1/2"
waist 33"
chest 46"
quads 25"
squat 425
bench 310
deadlift 390
ill keep everybody updated
diet is 40% protein 60% carbs
6 meals day
no sugars,white bread or fried foods simple plan
i lift 4 times a week usally about two hours until failure and puk
and cardo is 2-3 times a week for an hour martial arts with the speed bag and jump roping

What are your carb sources and where is the fat bro? Don't forget your efa's, as they are "essential".....oats, whole wheat bread, yams, brown rice? Any shakes? MRPS? bars?

I got T400 and deca waiting in the wings....thnx for being my guinea pig......

hard training day meal might include

#1 10 egg whites Cup oatmeal with fruit
#2 homemade protein bar gainer mix raisons oatmeal peanut butter
#3 10oz chicken cup brown rice
#4 10oz tuna and veggie wheat crackers
#5 16oz steak and potato steamed veggie
#6 protein shake
i also take universal animal pak vitamins aminos every day and creatine
 
Looks almost identical to mine....lol.....very weird.....I have rhe exact same breakfast, minus the fruit....2nd meal is flax bread sandwich with tuna.........my protein bar and shake come pre-workout......cottage cheese and peanuts are at night with another shake.....everything else is dead on........although I do have quite a few fiberous veggies..........
 
that seems to be a great plan. i havent been putting any water weight on,today im seeing some changes more cut then ever with mass and my strength is increasing like crazy everytime i workout, ive added 25 pounds to my bench on chest day,tomorrow is deadlifts rows shoulder day so im excited to see how much of more power ill have.also it takes me about three times as long to break a sweat dont ever seem to get tired or worn down have to go easy to not over do.
