Test ?

I got a buddy in the gym who's test results were received a few months. All levels were extremely low. Doc put him on the andro patch for a few months which did minimal. Went to see an endocronologist who kept him on the patch and said he test him again later. My question is, what could he have done to drop his test levels? He's about 5'10 and 160 with 7-8%bf. Diiet has recently become extremely low fat, could that be it? Excessive overtraining and undereating? Does cardio 1st thing in the am 7 days a week (as do I) and trains in the PM. He also used to smoke a bowl to help him sleep once a night for a few years, but stopped about 2 weeks ago and says he feels 10x better. Also has NOT touched gear in a good 2.5+ years. Thanks for any offerings.

who knows really. maybe pot smoking? overtraining? both?
 
ANy suggestions? If he reduces training and downs his activity while increasing cals, will this do it? 200mg of test/week?

Extremely low fat in the diet is known to severely decrease T levels. Have start eating red meat, flax oil, and natural peanut butter.
 
Tell him to just take 250mg of test per week, year round. You need high test levels in order to reap any gains from diet and exercise.
 
Lmao. DBBT beat me too it. A very low fat diet is not good for test levels. you need red meat, and some kind of zinc supplement. a good dose of EFA's is recommended as well. I'd aim for 70-80 grams of healthy fats per day.
 
my test has always ben low......his was about 175, and mine has never been that low...maybe 300mg....I havent been on gear for years, but if it would work to do a very light cycle of say 200-250mg week for 12 weeks and proper pct for him than Id be happy to do it too!

Lethargic, drop in weight ect....I always thought that low test = fat gain,so maybe mine is just my diet and OT........if I did it, would I be able t boune back??? if so, I'd start tomorrow!
 
your not making much sense here bro, I know that you know when administering any amount of test, your body will stop producing test naturally. So if you were to run a 12 weeks test cycle, it really doesnt matter if you run 250mg/wk or 750mg/wk. If you want to run a cycle than just do it. If you have always had low test, Im talking about low test levels even before you ran your very first cycle, than that is what your body will most likely always produce. You may have to explore the option of HRT in the future.
 
After reading a bunch of solid results with lose doses, I'm going to just run 200-250mg test and 200mg of eq per week for 10 weeks followed by clomid and nolva. Hoping this will allow me to get my calories in (Mindset of forcing to eat while on or - no results) and then go from there.....think I'll be good? Good jump for my cycle of test/eq/winny to follow down the road in the winter? 10l-20lbs of solid gains with maybe evem a decrease in bf%? I'll keep the mild mild am cardio for 30 minutes and train in the evening. Ensuring 8 hrs of rest and 7 good meals (4 p/f, 3 c/p) .....can I get your support?

1 st meal
banana
1 cup oats
3 egg whites and 1 cup dry curd will be my biggest meal

followed by my 6th of PPO
1 baked potatoe
6-8 oz beef
large salad!

all others are either tuna or ww, egg whites and mayo, beef, chicken salad and flax....thanks bros!
 
much better gains with 400-500mg/week of test? What could a 170lb, 6'2 9%bf man expect who trains hard 6 days a week, cardio x 6 and a very good high calorie diet?

Bro, low test doesn't mean there will be fat gain. On the other hand, high estrogen will cause fat gain. That is why women have more fat in certain places such has buttocks, hips, etc...

are you serious here bro? this is getting a little rediculous now, how long have you been on the board now? These are basic questions bro, these are the same questions over and over again. Do a search man, this is a question that has only been asked a million times on here, and probably about 100 times by you.
 
relaxxx..............my friggn cousin somethime uses my damn account because he has no current email address......It wont happen again.......this thread is bunk...delete it.....although I do agree people can make vaery nice gains of 250mg of test....
