losing more than 1lb. of fat per week
I just lost around 10 lbs. of fat bring me to 200 lbs. at 10% bodyfat. I did this by eating only 1500 calories a day. To my surprise I kept all of my size and strength. My goal is to lose another 10lbs. of fat to get down to 5% bodyfat. However at the rate I'm going, I'll be dieting for another 10 weeks. I can't seem to lose more than 1 lb. of fat per week despite this diet. Normally I would have thought that I was eating too little to lose fat, but I'm not losing any size or strength on this diet. Is there anyway to lose more than 1lb. of fat per week? Or should I just keep doing what I'm doing. I'm not taking any clen or thermogenics either. Thanks for any help.
