people are telling me its a waste. i should jump to 500 EW.

then i heard that cyponaite is better because its a longer ester.

thennnnn my friend mentioned test decanate (sp?) says its new.

whatever, im confused now. i want my first cycle to be simple and very effective.


on top of that, Im getting people telling me Decca is the way to go, "SAFER" , and the main prob is just decca dick. and sides arent as bad as test, gynecomastia, etc etc etc , so they say

TEST ENANTHATE AND CYPIONATE are just about equal in my opinion.

250 mg of sust a week for your first cycle and you''ll be happy, next cycle maybe 500 mg and 250mg deca. Right now I'm at 1,000mg test cyp wk, 300 deca wk, 100mg a-bombs daily and nothing beats wearing a tank top during the day but only once had to buy a t-shirt to put over the tank top because too many people asking quest. and talking when I was out in public. Start slow homie!
