test, tren, & winny

Stats- 23 years old, 6 ft at 206 pounds with 16% bf and two cyles worth of experiance.

Whats up everybody, I just started a tren ace at 75 mg ed, test prop at 25mg ed, and 50mg of winstrol ed. I also have cabaser and letro on hand just in case. I'm looking to drop body fat to about 10%, keep muscle, and build some more if possible with my current diet. I'm just wondering if I should be eating at maintenance or below maintenance. Currently I'm eating about 400 calories below maintenance with a 50/20/30 split. Any help will be appreciated.

If that's your goal eat 500 to 600 calories below maintenance , keep pro round 1.5 g per pound and centre carbs breakfast and pre and post workout keep fats low

I am a but heavier than you are and consume 200g carbs Ed , 300g pro and as little fats as I can , rather supplementing fish oils etc , calories round 2400 to 2700 while dieting down

It's a nice cycle I just don't think all the compounds are needed , test and winny alone will be fine at 50 Ed of each , your goal is to drop 6 percent , A realistic goal is 1 percent a week if all spot on with diet training and cardio

Yep I'm about to drop the winny in a week from now and add proviron to minimize tren sides. I'm eating low carbs right now, but why the low fats when carbs are low?

here's a list of all my food for the day:

-16 oz of cod
-5 oz grilled lean ground beef
-8 egg whites
-100 grams of oat meal
-15 oz of brocoli
- 2 scoops of myofusion protien
- 1 apple
- 4 tablespoons of penut butter

total is about 2400 calories
 
My carbs are low but they not that low so no need for me personally to up fats to compensate as I would running keto style plus it will blow my calories per day , I am still getting energy from the carbs etc
