Test,Tren,Eq diet advice

Happy Holidays bros

Finishing up my 8 week cruise going into this cycle next week
600mg Test E 16 weeks
600mg Eq 14 weeks
300-400mg Tren blend 12 weeks
alot of you might not agree but thinking of adding winny in there as well/

Now for the diet, I am going to be cutting alot of processed carbs out, and junk food out. Eating tons of Meats, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, ect.

The Only cycles I have ran have been bulking cycles which havent been a prob because I just ate everything but this is going to be my first cycle that I am trying to gain pretty much all LBM. and cut some b/f

Could you guys point me in the right direction for my diet and let me know what worked for you guys.

ahhhh...test/tren/eq...my summer cycle!i love this cycle.if you eat right and lift big then this combo can make you ripped and shredded.corse stay away from fatty foods,lots of beer (my summer prob) and watch the carbs late in the day.run cardio daily and make sure you keep that protein intake high.good luck and let us know how it goes!

Yeah I am looking to cut up a bit, as I have some unwanted weight I gained from my last couple of cycles. I dont drink so thats not a prob, and going to cut out junk/fast food for this cycle and heavy carbs out. I need to step it up on the cardio though, damn cardio is going to kick my ass.
What do you guys think of running winny during the cycle?
 
some winny tabs wouldnt hurt,if you have the cash for everything.i could make it work w/ or w/o winny,that choice is yours.the difference between cutting and bulking my friend is diet.start doing your cardio now,maybe 3 times /week to get your body used to doing so.i know it sucks, but have to work off that extra stuff!
 
i think winstrol in addition to your cycle will be badass. As for the diet keep the cals and protein just as high as when bulking, but lower the carbs around mid day.

Sounds like my cycle except im adding fina and winstrol in there at 100mg ed

a week in so far, diet has been really clean. adding winny the last 8 weeks of my cycle to seal up my gains and dry me out some.
Injecting .5ml tren blend 200 EOD
and twice a week 300mg Test E/ and EQ
let you know when everything starts kicking in.
