Test suspension to avoid shut down?

Since it has such a short life, could it be used in a way that would cause minimal shut down but allow good recovery?

No. Even 5mg a day of something like dbol will keep you down.

I think short-acting products are sometimes used at the end of the cycle so that they clear quickly and post recovery can start.

While some say that tapering has no merit, intuition tells me that my body would like the transition from high androgen to low androgen to take place over a couple of weeks rather than a couple of days. I don't think that you will recovery any faster one way or another. But tapering helps reduce a crash that comes when androgen levels are low and natural T has not picked up.

When using AAS like Deca, EQ, or Test Ethan. / Cyp. they naturally clear slowly over weaks which results in automatic tapering after the last shot.

Tapering is NOT used to more or less 'cushion' the body and the mind towards lower levels of hormones. We know that even miniscule amounts of hormones will still keep you shut down, but we also know that most who are finishing their cycles will continue to go balls to wall thinking they can maintain all their gains by working out just as hard.

So tapering is so that you physically and mentally adjust to lower levels of hormones and ratios don't change to quickly.

It would just delay what will happen anyway one day, making things even harder once everything is over. When its time to come off, just stop, relax, stay away from gear and come back.

Man I agree with you 100%

I know that tapering is supposed to be a thing of the past, but it did work. I think that my body is more able to keep gains if I do a 2-4 week HRT dosage cycle of just test, especially when I have been using AAS OTHER than test, like Deca or EQ.

Hut, hey, thats just me.

Then you never REALLY recover.. Not that that is or isn't a bad thing.

REcovery is a relative thing my friend.

If you are already hovering at a very low normal test level, then you really cant be happy with recovery.

You have to realize that us older guys have to consider that we are already producing a level of test which IS TOO LOW to support the gains we are making on cycle.

Not whining, just stating the truth.
