Test Suspension Question

I got a 20 ml vial for my buddy. I've never taken suspension or really know a lot about it but I can get it fairly easily where i live. My question is, For some reason the water evaporated after about 2 weeks into it. Since it's water based couldn't you simply add water? Sounds kinda noobish but like I said, I don't know a whole lot about it. If you can just add water should you just fill it slightly to where he last remembered it being? Thanks for any answers

How did it evaporate?I've done Suspension before but I've never had this happen to me,did you shake the vial to place the test back into suspension before you drew you're dose.

I never took it. It was for my friend. I don't know if storing it in his cupboard may have done it? He lives on a top floor apt. it's like an attic and it's usually about 80-85 degrees and real humid up there. It also expires this month. I've only dealt w/ oil based shit and never had any problems like this.

Am I reading this right,your freind never opened,drew,or took anything out of the vial?

Did the vial have a small leak and the water slowly evaporated out of it? Either way, sounds like a bad batch or company. What brand and batch # was it?
