well my buddy lifts in alot of bench meats around hear and hes usually cycling for mass, and power. He told me that if hes going to a bench meat then hell shoot 100mg of suspension about three hours before meat. He asked me about it and i really didnt no what to say but was real curious. if the half life is 6-8 hours would it help for a little boost. I thought it would be useless since es not consistent with it. What do yall think about it?
