Test question

How does this cycle look. I am trying to cut down on fat and replace lean muscle; about 10 lbs of it. I am at 205 now and stand 6'3" tall.

Test cyp.......500mg/week
Arimidex....... .25mg/ed
Clomid therapy

Can anyone comment on the cycle itself and also how I should be eating while on this cycle. This is my first cycle if that matters.

either cut or bulk, dont attemp both at the same time it not very realistic unless a much more agressive aproach is taken

I agree...I would focus 100% on dieting to cut fat or bulking to add mass. Figure out what you want to do then adjust your diet accordingly

will any fat turn into muscle or will I just end up bigger with the same trim around the waist?

this has got to be one of the most ignorant question i have seen posted on here in a while. muscle does not turn into fat, fat does not turn into muscle, sorry bud......those are two completely different tissues, can oranges turn into apples or vise versa??? now to answere you question, if you do your job, you will not add any extra fat but will increase muscle tissue, this will result in lower bodyfat reading, but no, fat will not "turn" into muscle
 
I didn't mean fat litterally turn into muscle, I just meant will my content of fat decrease as my muscle increases. sorry new to the boards man>trying to get info.
 
I agree with Serge. If you want to keep it simple (this being your first cycle.. you should!), cut or bulk. You can do both on long cycles.....Bulk for 8 weeks...then LEAN up for 4-5 weeks. But not the same as a cutting cycle.

As far as your cycle ....how long are you using Cyp? If you want to get some lean muscle on you instead of spending cash of cyp and arimadex.......maybe try:

Weeks 1-2
Primobolan 400 mg/ week

Weeks 3-7
Primobolan 300 mg/ week

Clenbuterol the last 18-21 days of your cycle. 3 tabs/ day.

The Clen should give you a nice strength increase in the gym and has also a bit of anabolic boost without increasing test dose. You shouldn't need arimadex or blockers.

This was my first cycle ever about 3 years ago. I try to stay lean for gymnastics. Hope this or somethin else works for you bro! Best idea would be to keep looking and keep asking! Good luck!
