Diet:
Meal 1:
3 eggs, 2 white 1 egg yoke. With veggies.
Meal 2:
Multigrain toast with peanut butter
Meal 3:
Protein shake
Meal 4:
2 pieces of chicken/ raw tuna, with yogurt and almonds
Meal 5:
2 pieces of chicken, veggies
^ let me know your thoughts. I literally hate dieting but this is my diet for the next 2 weeks and was later out by buddy that's a personal trainer. I'm sure I missed a few things and it's all written down at home but yea thats the gist of it.
