Test Prop, Test E and Deca cycle

This is the cycle I will be running, any advice/feedback is welcome
12 week cycle:
Weeks 1-4 - 150mg Test Prop EOD - Kickstarter
Weeks 1-4 - 250mg Test E 2xWeek
Weeks 5-12 - 250mg Test E 2xWeek
Weeks 1-12 - 250mg Deca 2xWeek

Anti E on hand if needed
PCT will be Nolva and Chlomid

My Diet is spot on, been training long enough to know what I need to eat and when.
I have been training very well for 7 years, these are my stats:
Age: 22
Weight: 100kg
Bf: 15%
Squat: 220kg for 5 reps
Bench: 130kg 1RM
Dead: 220kg for 5 reps
Looking to put a fair bit of size on and looking forward to it!

This is my first cycle, I compete in sport at a high level where I am not tested, I am also looking to compete in bodybuilding in the near future.
As above, any advice would be helpful as I am a newbie!

Hey BIGGIE! :) Welcome on the board! right-oh ... let's see. Your first 4 weeks look good with the short and long ester to get things going. Dosage is slightly higher than what I would advise anybody to take as a first cycle, but not ridiculous. Weeks 5-12 with your Test is fine at 500mg/wk pinned 250 x 2, but you would need to extend it for at least another 2 weeks. It helps if you run your Test 2 weeks longer than your Deca. Deca dosage is also too high for my liking. If I run Test @ 500mg.wk, then I run Deca @ 350. Then you would have to keep something in the line of Caber on hand when using Deca as well. Also, it is important to have HCGenerate or HCG incorporated into your cycle AND PCT to help 'the boys' assisted. :) Good luck man, with your diet, training and rest in order, you'll frow nicely on this cycle.
