Test prop questions

Hey guys...was just wondering if test prop only cycle would be worth it? I'm 27,6'0",230. Recent cycles include mainly test cyp and some tren enanthate. Really I want to lose some weight and tighten up. I lift 5 days a week. Gonna start adding cardio. Diet is pretty clean. Gallon of water a day. Oatmeal,egg whites, baked chicken, brown rice and protein shakes. Seems I still stay bloated so might reduce carbs. But don't have 1000 bucks to throw down on a stack. But was thinking about buying about 4 bottles of test prop to last 10-12 weeks. Does it do ok by itself? Thanks a lot. No negative comments please.

Why not? run 150mg eod for 10 weeks and grab the post cycle/unleashed combo for pct along with forma. You don't need 3 or 4 compounds to see results, althoug its more fun like that lol
 
if you can run proviron at 50mg/ed with it, even if you have to drop the test to 100mg eod it should still yeild better results especially since youre cutting
 
Thanks a lot man! Appreciate the info. The test is GP test prop 100. So I heard good things about it. Prolly be a month or so before I get my gear but I'm excited.

Do a 6 to 8 wks cutter

If you are bloated, before you cut any carbs first drop the protein powder. This is a major source of bloating and it really does nothing but clog up your system.

I promise you that once you drop the shakes and powder in 2 weeks you will be leaning up without a change in diet. If you still find yourself bloating, then keep the oatmeal and brown rice in your diet but only until 2PM. After 2PM all carbs should come from leafy greens.

100mg Test Prop EOD is more than sufficient for a nice cycle.
 
Thank you AAP! Now you said keep the oatmeal and stuff in the diet until 2. I work 3rd shift. So I wake up around 9 at night and eat my first meal around 9:20 p.m. Then I get off work at 6 a.m. Hit the gym around 6:30. So when would I wanna stop the carbs then? Really appreciate it

Adjust it accordingly. Seeing how you operate on a different schedule and your early morning hours are a lot different than everyone else's.

try to wake up earlier and workout before work so you can get your training in before you cut your carbs

If you add cardio and clean up the diet you should be golden..

I find there are powders that will not cause any bloat for me, such as optimum nutrition, and they can be useful for someone working on there feet to meet their protein requirements, and other shakes like myofusion bloat me up like no tomorrow. I sometimes take in 150 grams from shakes when ON and i notice a world of a difference compared to not using them. Of course if I had the time and money to eat whole food all the time I would.

And test prop solo can be ran perfectly fine !! Just have adequate pct and like GJ Said, proviron would be very helpful too.
