Test Prop cycle and HCG during when to stop

Just have a question
I am running 12 weeks test prop cycle and also HCG 1000iu/EW.
When should I stop HCG,should I stop 1 week before PCT or right before PCT?
I am starting my clomid/nolva PCT on 3rd day after of last test prop injection.

I read somewhere here that hcg on cycle is supposed to be 250iu every 3 days? Did i get that wrong?

I shot 500iu twice a week, I respond better to this dosage
