Test P/Tren A/Anavar cycle help

I plan on running an 8 week cycle to get more lean. Been working out just over 3 yeas steady. I'm 22 5 foot 5 around 155-160lbs 12-13% bf need to drop down to single digit. This is going to be my third cycle did test e/winny/eq last summer and bulked up to 170 but didn't like being that huge it made me look even shorter. so this is the cycle I plan on starting soon and just wanted some feedback if the dosages and diet is good. Going to be my first time running tren A
Summer cutting cycle
Tren A 75mg eod
Test p 125mg eod
HCG 500iu/week
Anavar 50md ED weeks 3-8
Arimidex .5mg eod

post cycle therapy: Clomid + Nolvadex
8 week cycle
4 week post cycle therapy
nolva40/40/20/20
Clomid 150(day one) 100/50/50
And this is the diet i'm currently following and seems to be working great for me and i havent lost any strength in my workouts and got stronger somehow, lost some muscle around my shoulders but overall a lot leaner than before. Majority of carbs are from vegetables i take in about 160-190 grams on protein a day, 80-100 grams of carbs, and fat anywhere from 30-50 grams mostly from unsalted almonds.

Meal 1: 3 egg omlette( 1 whole, 2 egg whites) with 2 pieces of toast (weight watchers whole wheat bread)and 1 slice of 2% cheese

Meal 2: protein shake (water,whey) and apple

Meal 3: chicken breast and veggies (broccoli, cucumbers, green peppers tomatoes, etc)

Meal 4: post workout shake (whey, water,scoop ofoatmeal)

Meal 5: chicken breast and veggies

Meal 6: can of tuna.

Meal 7(optional): unsalted almonds, cottage cheese, half a scoop of protein and mixed that shit up mmm so good

There it is guys lemme know what yall think. Thanks a lot. oh and i do 20 minutes of HIIT cardio after each workout.

you need some more research bro....

first off, why the F would u want to run 2 SERMs together for your pct? second, why the F are u even planning on running nolva with tren?? and dont anybody give me any of this "nolva isn't a SERM bullshit" its a SERM when taken by a male but works differently than clomid in females. Your pct sucks, drop the nolva and run the clomid at lower dosages add in some hcgenerate or another natty test builder. u will also want to keep some prami or caber on hand incase u get any sides from tren. U also need to switch your meal 7 with 5, if u want to lean up more then absolutely no carbs at all within 2-3 hrs of bed time.

You never run Nolva with Tren. Wheres your prami or caber and you should be running tons of shit with tren like b6 for starters, t3 imo.... Var should be ran min of 6 weeks and ur pct needs work

I will be running var for 6 weeks, I'm not sure what b6 is and I gotta figure out how I can get my hands on some prami. My clomid and arimidex comes in capsules any idea how I can split those dosages?

theres really no way to accurately split the dosages in capsules, the dosages u stated will work fine it could just make u feel like shit during ur pct which is exactly what u dont want when trying to recover.

if ur buddy tells u to run nolva with tren then please dont take anymore advice from that guy... thats what this place is for...

I would get caber imo. Just make sure take before bed. Same if u go with prami

Chemicalneed is our sponser cant talk other sources i dont wanna get wacked. I kno its pricey but they are trusted otherwise google type in prami for sale just be aware it might be cheap for a reason.

There isnt alot of fat in that diet.... And 3 eggs for bfast? What is that, like 9 grams of protein?? just seems very un nurished, regardless of the compounds... its one thing if your eating like that every 1.5 hours, but there is no way your getting all your macros you need in the servings you eat.....
 
Nolva and anything that is converting to nandrolone in the liver is a bad idea as your chances of prolactin related sides will increase.... With everything out there, Nolva is the last thing you should be using.... i recommened some Caber, Letro, and The clomid will do for your Serm....
 
I'd work on that diet for sure. You wanting to maintain weight and cut Body fat or what? I'm interested in this cycle bc I plan to one exactly the same or close later this summer or next spring. Get your prami or caber from chemneed

i disagree, 3 eggs is not 9 grams of protein...its more ,like 20g.
although 2 of his are just whites so more like 15g.


there is fat in the chicken , eggs,tuna and almonds.
although some fish/krill oil or udos would be a good addition.

more protein is definitely needed...i like at least 50g per meal.

if i have time later i will work out the macros on this.

btw 22years old on third cycle and starting tren is not a good situation.

Thank you man, each chicken breast is 25grams, tuna 25 grams 2 shakes 25 grams each so yeh at the end of the day i end up with almost 200 grams of protein, i take fish oil multivitamins zma, etc

diet needs a lot more research. why waste your money on juice when your diet is not in check you're throwing your money away...also, you starting juicing way too early if this is already your third cycle. i also agree with what everyone said, tren and nolva together are a no/no

I did my first cyxle about 3 months before my 21st birthday. And this diet honestly seems to work for me i'm gaining strength and losing steady body fat. Im trying to cut not get massive and i know my body better than any1 else when it comes to what i eat taking nolva out for sure

im going to be honest with you, you are asking for advice and you're getting it, but you're saying that you know this shit better than anybody else...not sure it's worth my time giving you advice if you're going to brush it off your shoulder...just because you're gaining doesnt mean you couldnt be doing a better job

I hear yaband i do aplreciate the advice bud. I mainly just want advice on the cycle. The diet i plan on sticking to i'll most likely increase the protein itake once i start it
