I plan on running an 8 week cycle to get more lean. Been working out just over 3 yeas steady. I'm 22 5 foot 5 around 155-160lbs 12-13% bf need to drop down to single digit. This is going to be my third cycle did test e/winny/eq last summer and bulked up to 170 but didn't like being that huge it made me look even shorter. so this is the cycle I plan on starting soon and just wanted some feedback if the dosages and diet is good. Going to be my first time running tren A
Summer cutting cycle
Tren A 75mg eod
Test p 125mg eod
HCG 500iu/week
Anavar 50md ED weeks 3-8
Arimidex .5mg eod
post cycle therapy: Clomid + Nolvadex
8 week cycle
4 week post cycle therapy
nolva40/40/20/20
Clomid 150(day one) 100/50/50
And this is the diet i'm currently following and seems to be working great for me and i havent lost any strength in my workouts and got stronger somehow, lost some muscle around my shoulders but overall a lot leaner than before. Majority of carbs are from vegetables i take in about 160-190 grams on protein a day, 80-100 grams of carbs, and fat anywhere from 30-50 grams mostly from unsalted almonds.
Meal 1: 3 egg omlette( 1 whole, 2 egg whites) with 2 pieces of toast (weight watchers whole wheat bread)and 1 slice of 2% cheese
Meal 2: protein shake (water,whey) and apple
Meal 3: chicken breast and veggies (broccoli, cucumbers, green peppers tomatoes, etc)
Meal 4: post workout shake (whey, water,scoop ofoatmeal)
Meal 5: chicken breast and veggies
Meal 6: can of tuna.
Meal 7(optional): unsalted almonds, cottage cheese, half a scoop of protein and mixed that shit up mmm so good
There it is guys lemme know what yall think. Thanks a lot. oh and i do 20 minutes of HIIT cardio after each workout.
