Test En. only (600mg/5days). Taper off last two weeks. No extras afterwards. Don't overdue the calories TOO much. I like to ALWAYS see my six-pack. Size gains are noticeable (10lbs maybe) but, more so, strength gains are incredible.
I'm certain if I stacked it, the results would be much greater. But that's not my goal. For me, it's just to get a little edge once in a while. Not to change my entire physique.
Set your goals and then create a cycle to meet those goals (within reason).
